Join Ana H.’s prenatal yoga classes to learn appropriate yoga poses and modifications for safely strengthening the body and mind during pregnancy. Enter a serene and nurturing environment created to allow you to stretch and strengthen muscles, energize the body, and relieve stress and anxiety. These classes will help to soothe the common discomforts of pregnancy and develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques which are great tools to have during labor and the postpartum period.
This series is open to women in every trimester of pregnancy. It is also a great opportunity for those trying to conceive, offering the participant a stress-free, mindful break where her body can soften and become more open to the natural process of reproduction. Postpartum mommas could benefit from these classes as well, using the gentleness and fluidity of prenatal yoga sequences as a safe and effective way to re-enter their work-out routine.
