I took a daytime yoga class with Ana. It was my first yoga experience and she was so helpful and really helped me with my breathing and positions. I can’t wait to try yoga again!
I had Ana as a private yoga teacher throughout the last couple of months of my pregnancy. As she later confessed to me I’ve been her first client but you couldn’t tell. She is great at what she’s doing, a very calm presence, supportive and attentive to your needs. I am so grateful for each seasion I had with her, I am sure my birth story would have been different without yoga with Ana.

I really enjoy my yoga classes with Ana. First of all she makes you feel very relaxed. The tone of her voice helps me to calm down and focuse on my practice.
